When Brin came to me, she was working under the name "Art by Brin", juggling multiple creative services across different platforms but none of it felt cohesive. She had a DIY Canva website, no formal branding, and just one sunny shade of yellow that had become a recognizable thread in her business.

She knew she was ready for something more aligned, something that would reflect her full self and give her room to grow.

Meet the Founder, Brin

I had the pleasure of designing a vibrant brand and interactive website for a multi-passionate artist, yoga teacher, and live event painter located on my home island, St. Croix.

Creating Joy Through Art & Movement in the Virgin Islands

Brin’s brand personality is warm, expressive, and joyfully eclectic so we needed a type system that could hold that energy without overwhelming the vibrant visuals.

The primary font is a bubbly, all-caps sans serif that feels approachable, playful, and grounded.

Her accent font is a brush-style handwritten script, used intentionally for personal touches like quotes, testimonials, and artistic callouts. This font adds a sense of movement and creativity, echoing Brin’s work as both a painter and yoga instructor.

Together, these fonts create a brand voice that feels friendly, spirited, and true to Brin’s multifaceted nature. They let her personality shine through without sacrificing clarity or cohesion.

The Light Blue is soft and intentional, a perfect choice for weddings and live event painting.

The Blues represent the calming, grounding, and serenity of the Caribbean sea and are used predominantly for yoga content.

The Green & Oranges give the palette a tropical, playful, look and are used heavily across her shop and art sections.

The Golden Yellow, Brin's OG color, ties to her personality and business name, creating recognition and joy.

She’s selling art, books, and prints, booking live event painting gigs, teaching yoga, and even landing brand-aligned collaborations. All while showing up as the creative founder she always envisioned, now with a brand and website that fully support her growth.
